Refund policy
All sales at Adelaide Saree Boutique are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at adelaidesareeboutique@gmail.com. You must provide clear photographs and proof of purchase so we can assess the issue.
Where a claim is approved, we will, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer laws, offer a replacement item (subject to availability) or store credit. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging to be eligible.
Return Process for Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
